Meet the Owner
Kenneth Poupard was born and raised in Detroit, Michigan. Throughout his life he always had a passion for construction, home repair and resolving any issues inside and outside the home. His career experience includes a wide variety of expertise including rough framing, building additions, decks, roofs, landscaping, drainage systems, gutters and brickwork.
Ken earned his Inspection Certification in 2025 and founded Upon Further inspection. He inspects all homes as if they were his own because he truly cares about the quality of your new home.
